a. Make a copy of your crosshair layer by dragging it into the New Layer Button

b. Using the Move tool and with the help of the grid make the copy just slightly smaller than the original.

c. After you have the copy sized center it by hitting Ctrl + A to select the canvas, then using the buttons we used before to center it

d. Repeat steps a-c until you have 7 copies, each smaller than the one before it.

-To make the Layer Pallete more manageble click on the arrow next to the little "f" to collapse the layers styles area.

a. Now go back and use the move tool to rotate each of the copies a little bit. If you hold shift while you rotate them it will make it so they will only rotate in 15 degree increments. The idea is that you will put one at each increment in a quarter of the circle. Don't Rotate the crosshair Layer on the top or the layer on the bottom

-So move the first layer 1 increment, the second layer 2 increments and so forth.

b. Jump to Imageready by hitting this button
