a. Make a copy of your text layer by dragging it into the new layer button

b. Then make a new layer below the copy you just made. Next select the copy layer. Then go to Layer>Merge Down or hit Ctrl + E

c. Name this layer Reflection by double clicking on its name

a. Hit Ctrl + R to turn on the ruler. Click on the vertical ruler and drag a guide to the left and then the right side of your text layer. Then go to View>Snap To>Guides and make sure its checked.

a. Select the move tool, make sure the option 'Show Bounding Box' is checked. Then move the copy of the text layer to the left side of the guide as shown here.

b.Next click on the left side of the bounding box and move it to the right guide. The point of doing this is to reverse the layer. Next rotate the layer so its upside down and position it below the originial text layer as shown here:

a. Now go to Edit>Transform>Perspective

b. Transform the bounding box as shown here, then click the check at the top of the screen.

a. Switch over to the Channels Pallete by clicking on the Channels Tab in the Layers Pallete.

b. Make a new channel by clicking on the New Channel button:

c. Using the Gradient Tool Make a gradient like this on the Alpha 1 channel.
